im moving home in the up coming weeks and my new house i dont get any phone signal!

ive rang t-moblie on friday and was told to move the phone around the house to try and pick up a signal when i go on sat.
I went on sat and got nothing all day!!!

i rang this morning and was told that because i took the phone contact out in my old address theres nothing there can do! this cant be right?:boggle:
