kz I believe they have just brought in legislation or are going to in the near future to make all this this sort of thing more transparent and a faster process for everyone

beware with Plus.Net when i left them they were right arses! made me wait 6 yes SIX weeks with no connection before they cleared my line to go to Orange. lady Orange end said that was the most shed ever heard of...

however i think theres a law now that they cant make you wait that long anymore!?

O2 bought Be* (bethere.co.uk). It's very good - I use Be* myself...

Not sure what difference the O2 bit makes, but the network itself is good. Although I must admit it has got slightly worse since O2 came along with 1000's more customers. Some upgrades are on the way apparently.

anyone use o2 broadband? £7.50 seems a good price but is it any good?

Been using plus.net for ages and never had any problems but last week or so its been so slow browsing.
