Bill Gates is stepping down from microsoft in june or july to go and work for the gates foundation full time, doesn't sound greedy to me tbh.

Yahoo had lower profits than they wanted as well so will be hard for them to turn down that offer

Makes sense to make such a move TBH - and probably the only way that Yahoo can come back and compete fully with Google.

Wise move, they get more search traffic but they'll never be accused of monopoly in the search marketplace while Google are doing so well.
