With my main gaming PC i have a 7.1 surround sound via 3 cables from sound card output to speak system (red/yellow/white cables). would these kinds of things have a similar inputs?

I might be looking for a home surround sound system this week, ideally something i could pick up from somewhere like Currys/Comet etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Im not looking for anything mind blowing, ideally less than £200.
