Nero 7 for burning music, data etc etc
DVDShrink for copying real dvds (install a copyprotection remover that will run along side shrink so all dvds are seen as non copy protected otherwise some of the newer dvds wont copy)
DVDSanta for burning video to dvd (make sure you have the kazaa lite codec pack installed)
DVD Decrypter for ripping and burning PS2 games. (burn them on good quality media @ 2x or 4x max)

Video or Data?

If its just data, then i use DeepBurner.

If its a Vid then i use Nero :)
