just download the drivers from dell can't go wrong laptop name and number put in the search part of the website shouldn't take long to find the right drivers

right click on my computer ---> properties --> hardwaretab---> click device manager

find "display driver" in the list shown, click on the little + arrow next to it, should tell you what card is in your laptop (hopefully) although it might not if it does not have any drivers installed.

Find out what the laptop is, go to the manufacturers site and you should be able to download graphics drivers.

In Control Panel-Display-Settings.

John

Change the resolution to something higher.

If it won't let you change it you will have to find the appropriate drivers.
