If you have either the sports package (which I do) or the movies (which i don't) then it costs an extra £10 a month and if you're gonna pay that you may aswell get the sports or the movie package so it's free! :lol: | |

Yip you do have to pay a tenner a month unless you have the full package last time i checked. | |

I did that a while ago, told them i was leaving for NTL and they gave me 25% off by bill for the next 6 months and was told to call back after and they could sort me a new deal. | |

pull the power cable out the back, then hold down back up on the box and plug back in, keep back up button pushed in till it says on screen updating system software | |
