If it's a wired network, I would buy a cheap switch (smallist is 5 ports unfortunatly), then connect that to the router (one of the ports) and run two pcs of that. | |

You can give network privilages/access to certain computers on a network. | |

In our house there are 4 computers which share one internet connection via a router. I would like to add a 5th computer which will also share the connection but I would also like it to share files with one of the other computers without any of the other 3 being able to see.... Is it possible to have the two computers linked together and also sharing the net connection but staying seperate from the other three which are connected to the router? :boggle: |
