JSF: Joint Strike Fighter was the last one I played. It was pretty good because you picked a campaign which gave you a big map, you could then plan your own missions and sorties and what have you to acheive the campaign objectives. So you could choose whether to bomb a heavily defended factory, or pick off the supply trucks in the middle of the desert etc.

Was good fun, infact i might reinstall it.

Not sure how much info you'll find on there, but this seems to hold quite a bit on general combat-military sims (flight or otherwise)...

do they even make military flightsims for the pc anymore? in the late 90`s there were loads! ive never found anything better than falcon 3.0. Just wondered if theres anything newish that makes use of todays hardware?
