sata-II is 300.
The 150 ones won't be noticeably faster.

How much quicker are the SATA-II 150 drives compared to the ATA 133?

The board does support them

No.
Although the new sata II drives will be quicker.

Are these much quicker than ATA drives? I'm just wondering if it is worth upgrading one of my ATA 133, 7200 RPM, 8MB Cache Drives to one of the SATA drives.
