please list:

operating system (service pack)
msn messenger version
MS spyware version (5725?)

are you running the latest updates for your OS?

have you installed any software lately for this to start happening?

What have you tried so far to resolve the problem?

hi folks, have a very annoying problem here, MSN Messenger & MS Spyware seem to not be able to keep settings, Messenger cannot store my new password, only the old one, loses my font settings on messages, and just generally reverts all settings to default on every new session. Spyware is doing similar but losing the updates, so it always updates from version 5725 to the most recent, regardless of how many times i update
