Does it have a sim card yeah? We have these ones at work and we are with Orange we had no prblems, get the service provider to send the settings to the PDA and then all should be sweet mate !

The PDA _should_ just connect to the phone and use whatever the phone uses. My Mum's had an option on it, and just works.

Arggghh help, have a user that wants his pocket pc configured to use GPRS. He reckons everything is ok service provider side (vodafone) and that the settings on his pocket pc need configuring.

Vodafone customer services are muppets and its impossible to get through to the right department. Anywhere i can get generic GPRS settings from to put onto this pocket pc or any other suggestions?

Thanks.
