If its norton, turn off script blocking. | |

if your using something like norton internet security would just put the site in the allowed list. | |

yes i do have firewall/anitvirus, the problem is the same with my laptop. They both have the same software installed, which makes me think its something to do with that? | |

open DoS see if you can ping/trace to it, do you have firewall / anti virus enabled? | |
