Just a quick question. Is yr laptop under warranty? If not, FYI I am Dell Certified Sytems Expert (dont mean a lot tho!) and can source sum parts/upgrades should anyfin go wrong... all i'd need is the Dell Tag no fm bottom of laptop to source the correct parts. Can do them v cheap as well! | |

Have you got a Function button to press as well? Might be labelled as Fn? | |

The button "Insert" also says "print Scrn" |
