but on my audi they wanted 200 extra for an exhaust.

even tho i told them it added no power they charge me loads.

If they keep records on your account, which most companies do you can request the 'call notes'. They are legally obliged to provide such information without 'editing'. If the person you previously spoke to wrote what she told you then sorted! If she didn't, try and get the recording. Generally Call Centres dont record every call.

u don't need more amo, if they said it wouldnt costanything last time, then ring up say u aint paying as u where told it would cost you nothing nad tell them the date and rough time u called and tell them to find the call.

just tell em you will leave em for another company, sure they wont like you taking your money else where.

I phoned up before I got my backbox to see if it would increase my premium. They said if it doesn't increase the performance, and it is purely cosmetic only, that it would not make any difference.

So I've got it fitted, and phone up to add it, and now the fcuking prick is saying it's like £43.05 extra. And he reckons the only info he has on his computer about it is a pice of £49 which he reckons I was told last time. Fcuk off, they said it wouldn't cost anything .

My dad says phone em up and request they find the call and listen to it - seeing as the calls are recorded.

I'm about to do that, but could maybe do with some more ammuninition before I phone again, incase they say they haven't got the call recorded.
