at the end of the day mate ive had one offer of 2200, and three others all over 1500 so i think 200 is realistic- all of your points are correct mattyb, but i am getting interest in the car.

quote: Corsa's dont have good handling, even with lowered slightly quote: This is insurance group 3. Its high for the kinda performance it puts out. quote: There isnt actually much work done mate, just stick on bits. quote: No, not really, there isnt. Ur focusing your sale to a young person, and a young person only. From the 6 people who have called bout mine, one was under 25. Thats my 2p's worth - and i suggest u go straight back to the guy who offered u £2.1k. Matt

fair enough- as i said i thought 2100 was a good price- i realise that the list price in parkers will be much lower than this

U will not get £2500 for a M plate 1.2 LS. Go look in the parkers or glass guide, its value is closer to £1200 for a good un

quote: i can see where your coming from but if somebody wants a low insurance, reliable car, with decent handling as a base for a kit or something then i reckon they will pay around £2000- the person who has offered 2200 wants a group one or two car, in good condition, with a few mods and cant be arsed to do the work himself i realise modified cars lose money at resale, but there is a market out there for them, especially when they havnt had too much done to em:thumbs:
