best thing to do is declare mods u havnt got to begin with, i have allot to declare and its still only £730. Anything is better than Direct Line who dont insure mods! my insurance has been practically void for 8 months! | |

They are shite full stop! I was with them the other year when I run someone over, although he was drunk and ran in front of my car when I was doing about 10 mph, still the police came and breathalised me etc etc | |

i got quoted £730 with elephant with all mods and future mods declared. tesco quoted me 1.4k and Liv&V 1.5k!!! | |

the 10month bonus thing gets you a years NCB with elephant and no one else as a mate found out ,you cant take the NCB to anyone else. | |

Elephant are abysmal when it comes to quoting for modifications, though......and I've heard rumours some other companies won't accept the 10-month policy as true no-claims, so be careful. | |
