Person A buys a car new from a main dealer.
Car develops imobiliser problem (displays the fault on MFD)
person A takes the car back to dealer who say they cant find a fault.

Fault reocurs and person A is forced to call for assistance to have vehicle moved. Vehicle later starts with no problem.

Dealer again says there is no fault.

What rights does person A have?
