nope - still no clues, either turbo (been told the shaft snapping is quite common but dont have a clue how it could have snapped from me driving home on wednesday, to me starting it up on friday morning) or could be wastegate jammed

garage on monday anyway

personally id buy a taipan kit as they're £100 less and performance difference between the 2 wont be much

my mate does everything like that, so far hes done my turbo heatshield,carb elbow,header tank, swirl pot, hes a genius, hes whipping me one up for my new filter when i get it:D

or your usual induction kit which are about 70quid:rolleyes: no need to buy one with a fancy cover, make the shield yourself;)

performance, you'll be after an induction kit with a heat shield aka closed induction kit

theres are quite a few available but it all depends on wot u can afford really

there are BMC carbon induction kits available for £250 but if thats too much then a taipan filter is a budget alternative at £150
