We've got a place to store tutorials and 'fixed' threads, just nowhere to post such rigidly catagorised stuff.

Maybe get more tutorials for common questions eg what do i need for 2.0 conversion etc

Yeah it wouldn't see all that much traffic.

I'm working on a catorgorisation system anyway, primarily for classifieds, basically like eBay where stuff in in catagories but you can still see everything. Bit like regional forums is now, where it shows you threads from all regions.

Nifty huh :)

Jus an advice but wouldnt it be a good idea if you added another topic on the main message board under insurance??? then people could post in tat section rather than on general chat etc. Jus an idea, as it would be easier for new users/insurance renewals
