Go for a differnt colout but leave the engine bay and inside the boot for now, smoke grey engine bay won't look too bad, same as white or black wouldn't.

id do something slightly different, then you wont notice the change in colour as much

but

if they do a full respray, they might not do..

underside of bonnet, inside doors and boot, etc etc, only the bits which are outside the car, as the bits which dont get sunlight will be the same colour as origianlly

so ask them b4hand

:thumbs: my day is a chain of random thinking.....

@ daimo, thats what i keep thinking, i could get any colour i want and might feel disappointed just getting it the same colour.....

not sure what would look good...bodywork is gonna be standard, just a bit smoother....

Go for a different colour. U can always have the engine bay sprayed at a later date. DOnna had a white engine bay for over a year, then had it done after.

Mines slightly different colour, i love it, but wish i'd gone for something different.

am getting a full respray, so i have the option to change colour, but, wouldn't be a bare shell respray, so engine bay, etc will still be old colour....
don't know whether to keep same colour or not?
will it seem dodgy when i want to sell it if there's a contrast in colour?
anyone got any comments?
