Patrick you gay lord, if you can only get 170 miles out of tank you need to have a serious sit down with yourself and think about your driving capabliltys.

:D

Drove Adams bucket V1 and it twas good. You will have a drive and immediately want one. Sometimes I wish I hadn't bought the Punto and stuck a 2.0l in my old Corsa.

either your tank is really small, your driving crap or there is something wrong with your car

My old 1.2 16v used to get 330, miles to tank and that was alot of town drivin.. my 2litre is 280-ish on a tank.

Shouldn't change by much if you kept the engine standard and drove sensibly. :)

Whats ypur mpg like? I do a 50 mile round trip to work 5 days a week and it's expensive enough in my 1.4 16V sport. I am looking at doing the 2.0 16V transplant soonish depending on petrol consumption and insurance.

Cheers:thumbs:
