look for the clutch in the engine bay,
once found there would be a cable comming out of it.

get someone to press the clutch while lookin in the engine bay, u should see the cable pull in.

fiddle around with the nut there, make slight adjustments of the nut at a time.

start engine, test bitting point.
if not happy with it, slightly adjust again.

its trial n error.

my mum has a a J reg Rover 216GSI, its only a run around for the time being, but the bitting ponit on it is very hight, does the clute need adjusting or somthing?
