no she means - she is replacing her standard speakers, and has to cut the connector off, and put some spade connectors on, so need to know if the possitive wire is the big connector on teh small one :)

It won't sound shit. It will just be out of phase with the other speakers. Most noticable effect would be the cancellation of bass...

And if you have those big/small connectors, then you can't put it on the wrong way as the plugs on the wires are big/small too :)

it works both ways but it affects the sound at certain volumes etc.
