It is not your responsibility to prove they are for personel consumption. It is the responsibility of Customs to prove that they are not for personel consumption, something it is very difficult to do!

if it's in european union it's 4000 fags OR 2kgs of backy, don't know the limit for drink tho

I got caught bringing 8000 fags back from gran canaria in Feb, they said that I either have to pay the duty on them, or take a warning and leave them!

So took the warning as duty was over £200!

an ideas then?? i wont be goin sick n bringin loads bak, just need to know wot the limits are incase i go over em

think it is anythin u can prove that is for personal consumtion if it within the eu but not fully sure

my m8 was at maidstone crown court yesterday to find out wither hes guilty or not, 7 of them got busted by doing the tax man out of 20 million, still nto heard how he got on yet though.
