I have horrendous hayfever and allergies and I take a cocktail of Acrivastine anti-histamine caplsules (Benadryl) and Beconase (nasal inhaler) and that seems to take care of most allergens at any time of the year. :thumbs:

I got A tub of some things from the chemist, the non-chemical things... Can't remember what they're called, they're all the way out in the car, and i'm on the first floor :(

300, you put 4 on ur tongue and they dissolve, taste nice too... other than that use Clarityn
