How much on the tyres? Think the pads are a bit over kill for a road car? More track use aren't they the ds1.11's?

Cheers lads :)
Also after a bit of spirited driving today I reckon I need some decent brake pads and some tyres that don't cost about £12 for the full set. Wouldn't mind, the Astra had Goodyear eagle f1s. They were ace. Megane has "rapid 609's" :(
Loving the amount of power difference from the Astra though.
I love the watch also, only wear it on a weekend as don't want to damage it at work. It's also engraved underneath with the date and time of wedding :)

Used to absolutely hate the shape of these when they first came out, but they've aged well and after going in a mate's Sport, I love them. Great buy!
...nice watch too

Cheers Ben. They do fit yeah, but usually go for around £800. And I'm certainly not paying that  And wouldn't come with orange stitching to match. These don't seem too bad really.

Nice car
Do the recaro's from the later models fit? The standard seats look about as good as mine for keeping you in place

Looking at these lately, very affordable and a lot of them have loads of kit spec'd.
Nice buy.

Very smart Andy, didn't you fancy an R26 version with the LSD?
Best place for number plates is fancy plates, that's where everyone gets the custom sized ones for Clios etc.

Sold my Astra on Friday. 1.9 CDTi 150. Has been a great car, but I isn't justify owning a diesel really.
Picked this up Saturday morning
2006 55 reg
85k
Auto lights/wipers
Keyless entry/start
Power fold mirrors
Full leather with orange stitching/detailing all round
Orange seatbelts
Factory xenons
Climate control
Upgraded head unit
Standard bar a k&n panel filter.
Love it so far. Complete change of car from the Astra. It averaged 39mpg on the way home so not bad on a run really.
Plans:
Tidy up few minor bodywork issues (both bumpers and passenger quarter)
Clean up exhaust.
Floor mats
Wind deflectors
Different sidelight bulbs for front as they look too blue
Facelift rear lights
Possibly a remap in the future.
Also I need some new plates, any recomendations on where I can get them gel ones from? But short like on my Astra? Found one website but they are £65 :!
