Just looked, and found black circles cheaper by a couple of quid, seems like it's splitting hairs over a few quid here and there

That's his point - you'd save the money and sort something.

I know at least 3 places i can get tyres fitted, it's no big deal
Ian mentioned his mate fitted tyres near where i am now living.

At £25 a corner though, i'll be buying a tyre machine myself

I have used these guys in the past. In fact, Friday i placed an order with them but they called to say the tyres i wanted were out of stock. They didn't know when the tyres would be in stock again.

Tyres on the drive turned up on time and didn't damage my wheels. Can't really ask for much more.

I've now ordered off eBay and should come in the next few days.

Ian, if you know anyone who i can help out with a few quid for fitting let me know.

Take them to one of those backstreet grease filled garages. They'll do them cheap if you don't mind the odd scrape on the wheel.

It's the only thing I don't know of anyone with a tyre machine lol

I've used etyres.co.uk twice now, great service, can't fault them.

Yeah Tyre Leader is supply only. I'd say you could take them to my mates place but its just his workshop and not a proper outfit so there's no cover against damage. Surely you must know someone who can chuck them on for a beer and save 100 quid.

Tyreleader are great. Just had 7 tyres from them.

Apart from one tyre being delivered next door without any note through our letterbox, all was good.

Yeah they're supply only as they're shipped from the Netherlands iirc. Add a tenner per tyre for fitting. Still cheap.

Is that just a supply price?

I had a price from the tyre place I use in St. Helens of £135 a tyre fitted.

Ian

£104 cheaper if you can fit them locally.

Ian

My mate used them and they were literally hundreds of pounds more expensive than the next best option.

http://www.tyreleader.co.uk/car-tyres/bridgestone/potenza-re050a/215-45-r18-89w-21247

Still need these fitting but I know a few places if you're stuck.

I have heard good things about them

Has anyone used these before?

Seen they have the tyres I am after cheaper than anywhere else, just wandering if anyone knew what their service was like?

For reference the tyres are Bridgestone Potenzas RE050A 215/45r18 89w's.
