I thought this was going to be interested with a decent story title is misleading needs edited to "bumped and casually walked away" I was expecting ambulances and blood etc

:boggle:

you're an independent witness as are your friends unconnected to either party so can't see why your stories would be rejected.

His car is a POS anyway so you couldn't tell, but his car has a town hoot on the back so has mullered her rear bumper.

Take pictures of the damage of both cars. Surely pictures + 3 witnesses is good enough!

So last night when I got back from the gym to my flat with two friends, we were parking up and a guy who lives on the bottom floor tried to reverse into his space and hit the ladies car next to him square in the bumper, like he was reversing into her space.

He stopped, pulled forwards, and then did the exact same thing! 3rd times a charm and finally realised what he was doing and got it into his space. He did nothing, got out of his car and went to his flat and didn't tell the lady, who lives directly opposite me. (There's only 12 flats so everyone knows who's car is who's).

I tried to knock on the ladies car who was hit, with no joy so left it till this morning when I always see her when I leave for work. Told her and she was shocked, and amazingly the guy who hit her car was walking out he front door as she left so she confronted him! No idea what happened from there as I had to go.

But my question is, is if he doesn't admit liability is there much she can do without CCTV etc. I can say I saw it as can my two friends but insurance companies don't like this sort of thing do they?
