Standard / Cellulose Thinners will shift it without wrecking your paint.. Just make sure you wash the car straight after to make sure there are no thinners left standing.

You mean like splashes from somebody who has been painting a fence or something near by?

Probably will just clay/hand polish off.

One of my cars has what looks like glass paint on top of the original paint. What is the best way to attempt removing this without damaging the original paint?
