The first one, as there's nothing to silhouette the sun behind I'd have waited until it disappeared completed so it wasn't so distracting at the side of the picture. I'd have also tried to do something with that telegraph wire. The poll isn't so bad as it does give an idea of foreground scale but the wire is right in the way. I'd have also framed it higher to get more sky and less dark dull ground.
