	To be fair though, to keep the customer happy I'd just give him a new one. That way he's more likely to come back for discs/pads etc. It just makes good business sense.

	I work at a parts place, and I'm sure I've seen that t40's are excluded from sealey's warranty. I think the main reason is that bolt does fiesta, escort and Mondeo wishbone bolts among others, which are known to be an absolute pig. Most garages just cut the bolts to save time.

	I sounded harsher than I meant to be, I apologise. My point was agreeing with gazza above, a lot of firms Will do it to avoid agro, keep customer etc. I also agree it should last a lot loner of course. Hassle of getting it replaced when its getting swapped for an identical one, which will probably do the same.

	When I broke something like that from sealey their excuse for not replacing it/refunding etc was I might of been using a 10foot breaker bar on my 6mm Allen key socket.... Morons. Bought a super cheap set from motorfactors next door and it's put up with more shit then it should for years now. Lesson learned.

	Something to do with being used on brake callipers, usually the bolts on these are held in with locktite & chances are this will snap the T40 bit on you.

	Didnt think sealey had a warranty at all. Not the best stuff any way really. I use mainly mac, teng, britool and some snap on.
