Originally posted by BarnshaW 300 quid for fuel pump internals lol? i remember paying like 80 quid for a 255l walbro pump that would power well over 400bhp, how come you cant get an aftermarket fuel pump for this?
The new vag engines are completely different. They have 2 seperate pumps afaik. The internals go into the one on the engine which has something to do with the cams lol. Its a bit to technical for me tbh. I went the cheaper route (like so many others) as you can but the full uprated unit from APR but that'll lighten your pockets to the tune of £800. Fuck that lol. The autotech internals do the exact same job. The APR one is just for rich fuckers lol.
