Hi have current started converting a friends 53 corsa c sxi too a 1.8 out ov a vectra c
The 1.8 engine is now sat in the corsa had to change engine mount used the 1.2 gearbox so all shafts n linkages fit bk together
Only issue now is the wiring
Hi have both full cars n engines the vectra didn't have a chip or transponder for engine which was a bit confusing it started n worked fine
The corsa engine was knackerd but had all Ecu chip n transponder

We had the car turning over found the fuel pipe wire
Wiring as it stands is
Currently a section from corsa loom connection on the end for Ecu
2 parts ov loom from vectra
Will in need to run the corsa loom too
