hey im stuck on a couple of questions for my uni work, they are quite simple, but hey, lol

1. a coil of wire takes 10 A from a 100 V dc supply. when connected to a 50hz ac supply of 100v it only takes 5 A. calculate the inductance of the coil.

is it:
a) 17.32 mH
b) 55.3 mH
c) 31.8 mH
d) 63.65 mH

2. what ac supply voltage is required if a half - wave recifier is to be used to drive a 24v dc motor at full speed?

a) 75.4 V
b) 53.3 V
c) 24v
d) 33.94v

cheers people, any help is much appreciated.
