I live in the country too, my suspension is totally unforgiving, people must think why the fuck am I dodging and weaving all over the road. Potholes suck balls.

I guess you just put springs on it then? Which would explain it being bouncy, you'll be sitting on the springs and the shocks won't be doing anything. Rather you than me hitting a big pothole mid corner

7js you may just get away with but 8s you'll need to stretch tyres

it actually handles really well, i live in the middle of nowhere and im surrounded by country roads. i cant complain in the slightest, although i must admit, if i have passangers in the rear they complain its too bouncy. fine in front though. you can really through her into corners and it is really good in my oppinion

I don't understand why you'd want to go that low, must handle like a bag of frogs.....

You probably won't be able to go too wide without doing arch work and having stretch etc. There's a few people ran 7-8j banded's on here, i'm sure they'll be able to give you more insight on any work they had to do

i dont know, i want to get the nova steels banded to 8j rear and 7j fronts.. ? but if im honest, wheels and tires are not my strong point.

You going to use those tyres?

If so they're already fairly thin, you don't need anything any smaller.

Right.. problem is, im looking at getting some Nova SR steels banded to put onto the corsa. she is already decked, and i dont want to have to raise her at all, how wide can i go so i wont need to roll arches and strech tires etc?
im new to all this forum stuff to please forgive any 'school boy' mistakes.
i will in due time upload pics (when i find out how) to try make things easier.
cheers :)
