Can't use silicon based fluid in most cars though as it eats the seals, also, it's actually worse unless you're regularly changing it, as it's hygrophobic, so you get water and brake fluid separating in the system, which is a recipe for disaster. | |

I use Halfords DOT4 in everything at home, never had an issue. | |

Not really, its all the same stuff...prob just stay with known people like Motul, Casterol, Carlube etc | |
