No it doesnt have more torque, it just has more usable torque at very low revs, which is handy around town. As with all the XE units, they need to br revved to unleash the torque potential.

I think Drew has the same engine in his corsa. The cav 130 engine is a 2.0 8v, think 130 means 130BHP:boggle:

Some ppl prefer the 8v to a 16v cos its cheaper to buy/mod, and has more torque than 16v lump.

does anyone know what 0-60 times and 1/4mile this engine in this car will get?

Most things seem covered suspension, breaks etc. Only a few things to be sorted it looks like:thumbs:

You might want a nice fat roll cage in there if you get it;)
