Always wondered about this, mate whats hyperformances number btw, do they sort of go the same as LV in that they won't insure you on a claibra turbo but they'll insure you for £200 on a corsa 1.2 converted to a 2.0 16v and £400 on a sri coverted to a 2.0 16v...if you catch my drift? | |

Dan_Corsa did you change the ownership of your car, or tell them that the car is registered in your name, some people have their car registered in their name, but insured in their mum's, when they stack it they find out the insurance is invalid | |

i'm 20 no ncb i was told the same thing so i got my mum 2 insure it i now pay 486 fully comp for my corsa with all mods declared with a 2.0 16v engine | |

if you have already recieved a written quotation, then there should be a date on it which states when the quote is valid until. if it is still valid then they have to insure you at the stated amount as, as vibs said, its a binding agreement | |

Got a quote from them for my 2 litre corsa so gave my mate the go ahead to do the conversion....well went to take out the premium today and they basically told me to fook off :! |
