When I used them they were shit, booked it one day during the morning, expecting them to be collected the following day, nothing, spent the next day trying to get through to them on the phone, nothing, think it was 2 days later after spending many hours trying to ring them, they finally booked shitty link to come and pick them up. When they turned up, the city link driver said he wasn't going to pick them up so luckily my brother was in and had to take them out to the van, if it was just my mum in, the driver wouldn't of taken them, despite them being way under the 30kg limit!

I used paisley a few week ago. City link picked the wheels up and they got the the guy in Dorset the next morning. So I've had a good experience with them

I sold a set of wheels on ebay recently and planned on using them.

Paisley have got considerably worse over last year or so. Their customer service is shit.

However, for most items I still use them, just overly wrap everything, as the cost makes the risk

Doubt any company will have a 100% perfect rating. Paisley seem to pop more than others though and im sure many have used them because theyre cheaper than the bigger names, who have probably had bad reviews as well.

PFS use big name companys like DHL etc.I have used them umpteen times for wheels and its never been a 3rd party courier doing it from their home etc.

Never had any bother with them, but havn't used them in a year.

They always get brought up on the forums as being the best for wheel delivery too.

Iv heard bad things about Paisley freight too.

I have used Paisley and would not recommend them.

I had a bike delivered to me by them. I got given a tracking number and after about 3 days i checked the status online, the item was in transit. Two days later the item still had not arrived, i had checked online and it had been in Ashford about 10 miles from the delivery address and it had stayed here for longer than i expected. After trying to call constantly i got a phone call returned to me. They said the package was over the described size and weight limit. The courier wanted extra to deliver the item to my address. Due to only being down the road i drove over to get it.

The address i got given took me to a residential address.

Anyway I collected the item and took it away. Checked the weight and size and it was well within the described weight and size.

I have heard of a lot of people having issues with Paisley freight. The fault seems to be in the way that a 3rd party seems to be used for the collection and delivery (as in when the item is collected from your address and delivered to the delivery address, I dont know happens in between but that doesnt seem to be where the problem is). Items i have had delivered to me and also collected from me have been by a person in a car.

I no longer ship with paisley freight, i dont feel overly comfortable handing over my hundreds of pounds worth of goods to a guy in a car. Although the items are insured and everything is scanned and signed for I would not advise using them.

If you wrap the wheels in two parcels, two wheels in each and go on parcel2go you can usually ship the wheels for around £10 each once VAT and fees are paid for.

This is the way i have started to ship wheels and it has never caused me any issues.

Hope thats of some help to you pal!
