You can fool it into thinking theres a signal to come on by bridging the remote with the positive terminal. Thats what i did, and whenever i was out of the car for more than a day i just pulled the cable out. Not ideal but it worked. | |

This happened with my friends car, we just put a switch in to turn the connection on and off, worked fine then :) | |

Strange haven't seen an amp that even turns on without a remote wire. | |

Also on back of your headunit i cant remember exactly but isnt there a constant live and an ignition live with two push in plug connectors, if you connect them wrong way round theres constantly power, thin red wire for permenant live and thin yellow wires for ignition, maybe of no help but hey :thumbs: | |

Just noticed, my bro has taken everything out cos it was flattening my battery. Could that have been what was causing it though Shaun? Like it all was working perfect, just absolutely killing my battery, like the lights on the dash wouldn't even turn on :O | |

If i have my amp and sub connected to my battery, my amp never turns off so it just drains my battery. Anything i can do? or do i just need a new battery? Thanks. |
