I have been told that it wipes the floor with another mates 270bhp (Proven) Megane 225... :o

used to have one of these, quite a few people have hit 230-250bhp on stage2 with the Ibiza's archie, you'll probably find the boost will tail off pretty quickly though at that sort of power

KO3s will have been 180bhp

So that's 60bhp from remap / exhaust / fmic

Can't see it more like 215bhp - 220bhp

They are all pretty conservative, a k04 with a remap,3"tip and exhaust will be over 260. The k03s also benefits from having a better exhaust manifold than the k04. That said I do think 240 is possibly dyno lottery,220/230 would be more realistic but you never know with the 20v, there can be a lot of natural variance.

i had one the same as that near enough and it ran 221bhp.

Nice car but found it very boring and sold it

so they run them like this :- model, standard power, max power
KO3 standard power=150bhp max power=190bhp
KO3s standard power=180bhp max power=220bhp
KO4 standard power=220bhp max power= 260bhp

Didnt think they could do 240 as i was looking into it when i had my anni turbo.

think it does i think you might be getting mixed up with a k03 which is standard then it goes KO3s then KO4s

yeah coilpacks are very common had one go on me this week had to drive 9 miles home with it being broke

As far as i know a K03s doesnt have enough puff to hit 240?

Coil packs are common, always kept a couple spare in the golf. Stopped me being stranded a couple of times.

One of my mates has bought a Clio 197 and has offered me his Ibiza Cupra for a good price.

Had a small fortune spent on it, seen 240bhp on the rollers.
Frount Mount w/ hard piping.
KO3S Turbo, Decat back exhaust.
Jabbasport Map (Stage 2 i think)
Coilovers & Cupra R wheels.

It's an 02 plate, he bought it standard, it's been well looked after.

Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on them & any common faults.

As it stands it requires a new MAF, i'm wondering if it needs upgrading to an LCR one due to the map?
