	those units use 1 of 6 different codes, they can try finding the correct one by process of elimination, so not entirely useless to them.

	some one i know ther car was broken into that way,was a saxo. they took the stereo even though it didnt have the facia on. the guy still has it, whats the point no use without the facia

	Its an active black panel, and if its one of the older ones you can't take the face off. you need the remote to enter the key

	i was on a late shift last night when one of the lads waz goin home said later laffin 2 mins later he come back to the drive thru window said what up ? he said mar car's bin broke into!:( we said nice one good joke:lol: he said no joke:o:( so we went out hiz stereo had bin stolen!:! thay got a screwy put it nxt to the lock btwn the lock and door join punched a hole in the steelwork!:! then opened the door. pulled hiz stereo out sony activ black jobbie cut all the cables:! they were kind enough to lock the car back up when they left:boggle: fu%^in gits! he may need a new door-lock- and steroe:( poor guy!
