by the way for the astra gsi brakes it cost me from rally design £151 for front x-drilled and grooved plus comp pads and goodridge brake lines that isn't bad at all

no these pads are shite. require heating from cold and can only be at a max 15% better than standard pads and discs by law. trust me. spending your money on so called fast road pads and discs is a waste of time. I have used most and the best set up I had was OE ones from the factory. if your going to spend money on brakes then fit bigger discs and pads.

Best thing to do is replace the front brakes for astra/cav gsi brakes you can pick em up for under £100 on mig web ive found that corsa gsi brake are more money than the astra gsi's cos of the weird size i.e. 256x20 were as astra is 256x24 not bigger in diameter but wider so it can get rid of the heat build-up quicker.

Pads are OK but to be honest you still get dust with the grooved disks. I wouldnt get the pads again because they totally kill disks! I'de rather wack standard pads on at £25 than replace the disks at £150!
