Do you actually give any answers that could help or do you just enjoy trying (and failing) to be funny?

It could help.

that catch might be in the wrong position, try and put a screw driver in the hole left of the inner metal part and move it towards the doorcard. Mine done it once. basically the doors open but the catch is in the closed possition so the metal hoop is hitting the wong part of the door mechanism. If its not that i dunno

Something similar happened to my old Corsa. Turned out the solenoid was knackered.

Might also be that the latch is closed so you can't shut the door as the pin has nowhere to go. Although lifting the handle with the door unlocked would fix that.

You shut the door when you got in the car. Then you say when you came back and the door would still not shut. How can you come back to the car when you're inside it?

I've got no idea what you mean but try lifting the lock, closing it and then pushing the button down again. Shouldn't really make any difference but try it.

I needed a quick reply that's is why I posted here, basically I shut my door when I got out of the car and when I came back the door would not shut, it still doesn't shut. Any suggestions on how to solve to the problem?
