alan - you need the 1.6 mk2 cav dizzy set up or a h&h ignition set up.

danny - should see about 175bhp ish...would be better if could get it chipped or mapped to raise rev limit slightly and fit some arp rod bolts.

its had new headgasket an full service so i think it should b running fine b4 it goes in:)

ported head,cams and lightend fly wheel straight through system what would be the rough bhp?

philip would it be a totally standard ECU with the bike carb setup?

bike carb kit from bogg brothers, 264 cams or get the pistons pocketed and run some 270 cams with head work and carbs and you should be running about 210+bhp.

on your budget i could do a ported head and a pair of cams, but ideally you would need verniers too.

id jst like mine to get 20 19--190 bhp id b happy with that:) so if you can think of anything id aprecnheate the help:)

45s are carbs, not sure that you need them to get to 180 brake though...?

Strip it out and have one or two bucket seats in the front?
removing the interior is free but buying bucket seats wont be but will make it lighter.
