It still could be the h4 unit that is causing the issues.

Ive made sure they the ballasts are secured down properly and its still doing it:(

my drivers side hid looks like it moving when my car is on idle but as soon as i rev engine a little bit it stops, if they are just normal hids they shouldnt need earthing as im sure its just bi-xenons that need earthing. try moving the ballast somewhere or making it secure, if it dont work just send them back and tell them the problem

Mite just be the engine on second thoughs as its abit lumpy ive checked all the bulbs and they seem fine i mite wait till it goes dark and then video it!

never fitted HID's but sounds like a loose earth or connection somewhere..

ste turn ur lights off before u start the engine as it send a power surge trhrough the ballast and fries it

its just happened to my mates

Wait no its normal engine running = fine
just ignition on = flakey

Right ive just fit a set of Phil B's Hid's and when the engine is not running they are fine and look really good. However when i turn the ignition on they seem to go very very shakey and the beam of light flickers up and down quite abit.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?:(
