If you want harder springs prob go 50lb more than the origionals as the car is quite light.

Take the origionals to a place that has a spring rate machine, it will tell you what poundage they are and you can decide what length, or send them off to a place that makes them ^^^ and they can do it and make the new ones.

Hopefully someone on here will be able to help as the Viva forum is useless.

Basically im looking for lowering springs for my viva but having trouble finding anyone that makes any for my model.

What im looking at is these springs from Rally Designs:

http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/index.php?cPath=465_1152_1153

but how do i know what size or poundage i need?

The suspension is as follow:

Suspension Front: Independent, coil springs, wishbones

Suspension Rear: Live rear axle located by lower trailing and diagonal upper arms, coil springs

and the car is 777kg so is it possible to use thes springs and what type, any help would be great.

cheers
Graeme
