It's a 2002 1.2 16v

Depending on the age of the car, it may be an ECU on the back of the throttlebody if i remember right. Very guilty of going.

i've known a few puntos needing a new coilpack.

I dont think the 02 sensor will cause your miss fire could be wrong but i think its 2 different problems

Oh I was also thinking that with it having the misfire specifically on one cylinder as well it could be the coil pack at fault?

Mates car, diagnostic is showing error codes random/multiple cylinder misfire, cylinder 1 misfire and oxygen sensor b1-s2.

Who thinks I can change the pre cat lambda and that'll fix it?
