I put the water hoses back to the throttle bodie because they were on it in the first place, as for all the vacum pipes ect on the right, just make sure you dont leave any out, it doesnt matter where they go as long as there all on there, you'll need some 4mm t piece conectors. I didnt have a bracket for the cable either, iirc i put the standard bracket on upside down, it does work some how though. :)

Few questions:

1. does everyone just blank off the 2 coolant pipes that fit to the throttle body?

2. anybody have any pictures of what pipes go where on the side of the inlet (im scratching my head)

3. what have people used as the bracket for the throttle cable as i didn't get one with mine
